This is a short summary of my copyright terms.
All articles and comments at this website are copyrighted by Fiona Broome. (If you’d like more details in legalese, see the legal pages at this website.)
Starting later in 2020, some (not all) articles at this site will be licensed under a Creative Commons (Attribution – NonCommercial – No Derivs) license.
That is, some articles can be copied and posted at some websites, but only if they display the CC BY-NC-ND license, which must be kept with this site’s content if it is used.
This does not mean I’m releasing copyrights to the content at this site.
During 2020, I’ll be licensing some articles for people to repost, so more people learn about the Mandela Effect.
If an article at this website includes a CC BY-NC-ND license, you can download that article (but only that one article) and share it with others. However, you must credit me as the author (as Fiona Broome), and you can’t change my articles in any way or use them commercially.
But, that license applies only to the articles with that license, not to the related comments.
No comments will be licensed for use by others, and – throughout 2020 – I’m in the process of removing surnames and any other personally identifying content from the more than 10,000 comments at this website. (That information is also removed before my books are published.) That’s to protect commenters’ privacy.
For example, here’s one of my original articles, updated, from the earliest days of Mandela Effect discussions: https://ezinearticles.com/?The-Original-Mandela-Effect-Article&id=10247519
If you find articles or comments from this website at others’ websites or in others’ books, please report them to the hosting service or the seller. If it’s a book being sold at Amazon, here’s their copyright infringement report form: https://www.amazon.com/report/infringement
If you have accidentally used content from this website in books or other commercial products, please un-publish that book or product immediately.
